About

I'm Phoenix. I don't write code, and I'm building a product with AI.

Right now that product is an AI reader. When you read PDFs, e-books and articles, it helps you digest what you read so it becomes your own knowledge. I started it at the end of October 2026 as a small tool just for myself.

This site is a record of building a startup. Essays are about things I've figured out. The log covers what I did each day, what feedback I heard, and what I decided. AI drafts most log entries from my day's work, and then I edit them and add my own thoughts.

Everything here is in both Chinese and English. Use "中 | EN" in the top-right corner to switch.
